The Red Sequin Petticoat costume is one of my cooler finds!! It seems to have been used in a high school play based on the tags pinned to it originally. There is no brand or size. This piece is DEFINITELY Handmade so please make sure you look in detail at the condition!! I tried to include pictures of the seams and hems. Some of the Sequins have detached. There is a button missing on the collar. The vest is attached by Velcro. But there are button holes if you want to alter it. The chain can unattached and reattached. This would be perfect for someone getting into costume design to practice on. Or even just to have a cool costume for Halloween or the Renaissance festival This Item Sells AS IS!!
