In the midst of the menopause , I struggled to find what looked good on me,and felt slightly lost which I suspect resonates with lots of women.
I think finding clothes that work with your shape, colour that works with your skin and your own personal style is one thing that can make you feel like the best "you".
I try to model my clothes with other items from my wardrobe. Im 5ft 8 /size 10 bottom/size 12 top ( but this fluctuates!)
