regarding shipping:
I aim to ship within 3 days, but there may be circumstances where it may be shipped at a later date - I will inform a buyer in the event of this
regarding packaging:
I will reuse packaging that is clean & in good enough condition (e.g. cardboard boxes, padded envelopes, plastic shipping bags etc), I will add extra reinforcement to every item where necessary. unfortunately I am unable to compress large items such as plushies and poofy clothing
