hi, my name is kaila and i'm a 28 year old living in oklahoma. i currently live with my boyfriend of 5 years and our girls (pups) korah and luna. i've been selling clothes online for about 11 years now, and it's such a great hobby. i also have a full time job.
my closet's rules:
i DO NOT hold items anymore, i've had a lot of customers ask me to hold, and then they ghost.
i DO NOT swap, never have wanted to, and probably never will because of all of the horror stories i've heard
i DO NOT wash my items because i don't know who has what allergies, but i do lint roll my items before shipping. i can wash upon request.
i DO NOT change the shipping price, i have a scale and i weigh all of the items before choosing the shipping because i don't want you to have to pay for any extra charges.
i DO NOT ship Saturday + Sunday because my post office is closed, if purchased Friday i will ship the following Monday.

i DO give measurements, just send me a message and i'll get them to you as soon as possible. i also try to take the best photos possible of my items, and i do list the items as the size that's on the tag, NOT what they fit best as.
i DO cross list on 3 different platforms (vinted, posh, + merc) if you favorite an item of mine and then it's gone, it probably sold on another platform. you can find me by lynchkaila on merc + lynchkaila1 on posh.
i DO try to ship as soon as possible, but sometimes that cannot happen and things come up, and i will usually let you know. please give me 3 days to ship, if i will exceed that i will send you a message.
i DO offer bundle discounts and since my items are already priced super cheap unless i send you an offer, i will decline. if an item is newly listed and an offer is sent, i will decline. when i have sales and my bundle discount is set really high, i reserve the right to turn a bundle down.
